Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley
Your tour begins with an early departure from Marrakech, traveling through the scenic High Atlas Mountains via the famous Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Enjoy panoramic views of mountain landscapes, Berber villages, and winding roads.
Stop to visit Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s most iconic fortified villages. After exploring the ancient ksar, continue to Ouarzazate, often called the “Gateway to the Desert,” with a short stop near the Taourirt Kasbah.
In the afternoon, drive through the Valley of Roses and along the legendary Road of a Thousand Kasbahs. Arrive in the beautiful Dades Valley, where you will enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in a local hotel.

Embark on a memorable camel trek into the Sahara Desert, watching the sunset over the dunes. Upon arrival at your desert camp, enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner, Berber music around the campfire, and a peaceful night beneath the stars.

Day 3: Merzouga – Sahara Exploration – Nomad Villages – Khamlia – Merzouga
Wake up early to witness a magical sunrise over the Sahara dunes. After breakfast, explore the Merzouga region by 4×4 vehicle.
Visit nomadic Berber families, discover desert landscapes, and stop in Khamlia village to enjoy traditional Gnawa music. You may also explore fossil fields and seasonal desert lakes, depending on the time of year.
In the afternoon, return to your accommodation in Merzouga. Optional activities such as quad biking or sandboarding can be arranged upon request.
